Brethren Microfinance Bank Ltd is the product of a vision by the Executive Management of EYN Church. A technical committee was then set up in 2012 to handle its incorporation and securing the CBN approval. The Bank was incorporated as a limited liability company on the 7th of July, 2018, with a certificate of registration number RC 1423616.
